However, I would like to mention one employee in particular, his name is Mike Sullivan. He is the "Best Service Advisor Ever". Each time I have taken my Jeep in for service Mike has been there to help. He makes the experience less stressful by keeping me informed and letting me know what is happening. My visit to the Naples Jeep dealer was very pleasant. Tyrone Morgan immediately booked my car in and kept me posted on the progress of the repair. They did need to order a new part, it came in the next day. I returned the next day, Tyrone set up transportation fo take me home, it was going to be a several hour job. When the job was finished Tyrone and the porter delivered my car to my residence. All the people I dealt with , Tyrone, mechanic and porter were all very nice and attentive. This was my first experience with the service dept at the dealer. I can only say that the service was excellent!!! More
