Our service advisor, Michael Sullivan, called towards the end of the first day just to let us know his mechanic hadn't yet finished troubleshooting the problem - we very much appreciated the courtesy call. The problem was fixed the following day and tested fine on a camping trip to Siesta Key that weekend. By the way, a MUCH better service experience than we ever had with our Mercedes Sprinter! I’m disappointed about my visit yesterday at Jeep Naples. Not overall good service, The final report says all fluid were filled, I opened the hood and realized that it’s not the case.
