Great Service and Attention to the Customer. Meeting the Service Advisor ,Tyrone Morgan was a great experience. My car had a recall on it and I brought it to the dealer at the appointed time. Tyr Meeting the Service Advisor ,Tyrone Morgan was a great experience. My car had a recall on it and I brought it to the dealer at the appointed time. Tyrone was a pleasure to meet as he noticed that I had difficulties in walking so he made sure I was comfortable during my stay. The car was completed in less than 90 minutes and Tyrone walked me out to my car which also had been washed. Thank you all! More

Worst service I have ever seen I had taken my Grand Cherokee to this Naples dealership a number of times for service/ recalls etc. My experiences were always the same - terrible. I had taken my Grand Cherokee to this Naples dealership a number of times for service/ recalls etc. My experiences were always the same - terrible. Once after driving up there for a recall appointment, I was told after I got there that they did not have the part but assured me they would call when it came in. They never called! Another time I took my vehicle in for oil change etc. I chose to wait as I was told it would only take 45 minutes. I went for lunch and came back expecting it to be done. It was not and I waited for 4 more hours. Hard to believe, huh? Every time I asked why it was taking so long, they told me it was almost ready. Finally, I went back into the service department, as the service rep was right behind telling me I could not go back there. I learned that they had removed the cap where the oil is put in, then someone else started the car and sprayed oil all over the engine compartment. It took 6 hours before I got out of there! The last straw was when I went up there for an oil change, tire rotation and checked in and was told it would cost $105.00. I took my keys, left and told myself I would never go back and I have not. BTW, I got the work done at Tire Kingdom for $32.95 More
