Once they make the deal, all “service” goes out the window We are leasing two Jeeps from this dealership. We have had to take our Cherokee in for service twice. The sales center is so disorganized that nobody knows what vehicle goes where and what service is supposed to be done to it. Mike was our advisor. Nobody ever called to give us a status update, or called us back after we repeatedly called them, were placed on hold and left messages. NOT ONCE. When we finally came to pick up the Jeep (two weeks later), they couldn’t find it! I had to use the locator app on my phone to tell them where it was parked on their own lot! Their excuse was that two of their techs were out on vacation and a third tech had a family emergency. The second time we took it in for service because it was randomly stalling. We had an appointment and still had to wait in line for an hour just to get checked in. Tyrone addressed us in a friendly manner, but Jessica seemed absolutely miserable and ignored everyone who walked through the door. Same story, this time around; no status update, no call back, no email response. After ONE WEEK of silence, we went to the dealer to get an update. Apparently, it had been ready for four days, and nobody bothered to call and let us know (we’d been calling daily, mind you). Apparently, our “advisor”, John, was on vacation. Additionally, they couldn’t pinpoint the problem, but did a software update, in hopes that it would fix the problem. WOW. It must be nice how once they make a sale they send everyone on vacation with zero accountability to follow up with their customers when they need service. Also, the whole “advisor” system is a complete failure. Both advisors we have dealt with have proven to be completely incompetent and cannot keep track of the vehicles, nor the customers they are advising. How does a multi-billion dollar corporation have a service industry that is so grossly incompetent? Shame on this company and their complete lack of regard for the people that keep it in business. More
Prompt service and pleasant service I took my Pacifica hybrid for an oil change. The service rep was very cordial and told me how long it would take. Great dealership looks like they just redesigned interior and friendly faces all around. Mike if you read this great job. I didn’t tell you I was in the business but I was very impressed. Bonus as well was the coffee machine that made chocolate and vanilla variety’s 😄. I look forward to being back in 5000 miles.
