One of the very worst dealerships & service centers in Naple Purchased my car from them 15 months ago. The worst service centre I have ever used. They had my Jeep for 2 days to fix the electronic ignition under Purchased my car from them 15 months ago. The worst service centre I have ever used. They had my Jeep for 2 days to fix the electronic ignition under warranty. They never call you and they do not return your calls. Even when you ask to speak to the service manager, (Bobby) he ignores you, when you eventually speak to a service rep they simply lie to you. The only contact I received was after 48 hours by text. Unbelievably it costs you a premium to reply to their texts. The general manager Tony was shown the evidence on my phone of this shady practice. Guess what they NEVER FIXED the ignition problem. I had seen the General Manager to complain, he claimed to be recently transferred and he told me that he knew they had problems. He gives you his business card and smiles a lot. "Call me any time and use my cell number". I called him Saturday, to tell him the ignition was even worse than before they "repaired" it. Of course, he did not actually answer his cell phone, so I left a msg. It is Tuesday night, guess what, he never returned my call. I do not do business with liars. Today I sold my Jeep. Obviously not to them. It only had 13,500.00 miles on it. Thank God, I never have to go back there. Strangely enough, their sales department lies through their teeth also. They had a Mercedes advertized. I looked at it. The online advertisement claimed 1 OWNER TAKEN AS A LOCAL TRADE-IN. You simply had to open and read the Carfax report that was attached to their ad. It was A TWO OWNER CAR THAT THEY HAD PURCHASED AT A FLORIDA AUCTION. They are too incompetent to read their own listings Carfax report. HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS TOTALLY DREADFUL DEALERSHIP. More
