We had a leaking engine fluid reservoir and our engine temperature gauge was indicating a hot engine temperature.. Luckily we knew where the Chrysler Dealer is and had them check out the problem. unprofessional, worked with Two different people. As a whole I feel the ball was dropped. I had a scheduled appointment on Tuesday at 10:00 am. After waiting 24 hrs after my appointment I was informed by whole I feel the ball was dropped. I had a scheduled appointment on Tuesday at 10:00 am. After waiting 24 hrs after my appointment I was informed by a service manager that the appointment can vary 24-48hrs after my appointment time and I could go some where else if I wanted it looked at faster. If I knew this I would have dropped it off Friday before the appt to make it for the appointment on Tuesday. This was not mentioned at the time of making the appointment with a customer service agent. On Thursday at 3pm I was advised my jeep would be ready for pick up Friday afternoon by text. I never received a phone cal telling me the problem only that it was under warranty and would be ready. Friday after I finally received a call stating it would not be ready as they were waiting on parts and should be done Saturday around 10am. I never received a call or text stating the car was ready until I finally went to The service department in person for my keys around 3pm on Saturday. i feel the ball was dropped in the customer service aspect and that more of a effort to keep a standing appointment should be kept. More

Brought vehicle in for a Recall issue to be fixed I had a recall issue on my Jeep Cherokee that needed fixed at the dealership. When Tyrone was contacted in the service department about working my Jee I had a recall issue on my Jeep Cherokee that needed fixed at the dealership. When Tyrone was contacted in the service department about working my Jeep into the schedule with the understanding that I was working it around my very busy work schedule, he said if I brought it in to the dealership in the morning he would make sure it was completed by early afternoon when I would need it to head to work. Boy did he come through for me! The recall issue was fixed and I had my vehicle by noon to head to my job! Thanks again Tyrone! More
