Frustrating that no one returned my calls and when someone answered they did not know where my vehicle was. Had scratch fixed, which was fantastic (body shop) had a tire replaced and the truck came b someone answered they did not know where my vehicle was. it doesn't sound good when you are told you can make an appt to drop your car off but then told it might be looked at for weeks. then told you have to leave vehicle there bc if not there when the part come appt to drop your car off but then told it might be looked at for weeks. then told you have to leave vehicle there bc if not there when the part comes in, which we were told it could be 6 weeks, they will send the part back and we said call when the part comes in and we will bring vehicle back that same day no they would rather have you waste money on a rental More

This car got a recall notice weeks ago telling me that the brake lights go on for no reason while you're driving. Of course this could cause an accident...You said you would notify us when the part came the brake lights go on for no reason while you're driving. Of course this could cause an accident...You said you would notify us when the part came out. Still waiting. Not good service. About two weeks ago we had to go to the dealer to get a new battery -no call to AAA would do it. So when will the recall part be coming? JMH More
