The Wal-Mart Self-Checkout Method of service does not really bode well for me. Until I finally made a stink with Jeep Customer service, I did not get any communication until I initiated contact with the really bode well for me. My history of service visits with failures needing corrections is long, and plentiful. Every service visit has lead to an minor, to major, to possibly warranty-voiding issue that I have had to deal with, afterwards. I do not have the confidence in this location, anymore, and will actively seek out another dealership for any further service and/or warranty claims, even if it inconveniences me in time and/or resources. I received a quote of $750 for installation of an alternator and belt, upon picking up my vehicle I received a bill of nearly $1700. Avoid this place if you don't want to get gouged. The Sales department was great. Very thorough and informative, however the Service department not so much. I arrived at 2:47 to have my jeep serviced. I had several items I wanted checked including new wipers, break pad check, wheel alignment, etc. It took Gil, the service representative 30 minutes to enter this into the computer. At 3:20 I went to the waiting room. I did not receive any communication on my vehicle while being serviced. At 6:10 PM I was told my vehicle was ready. I asked for my paper work and was told by Laura that they don’t give paper work for an inspection? I’ve received paper work every other time. Hmm. I was told they replaced my wipers. No idea if anything else was checked. I then arrived home and my husband asked why my wipers were white. We realized they left the plastic shield on the wipers! All in all, terrible customer service for the service department. More
I brought my van in for a service issue and couldn’t be more pleased with the service department. My service advisor Laura Velasquez was very polite and helpful. When they realized I had a transmission iss more pleased with the service department. My service advisor Laura Velasquez was very polite and helpful. When they realized I had a transmission issue they set me up with a rental vehicle at no cost and the the process was fast and easy.They sent me a video of the service being done on my vehicle and along with a multi point inspection they performed.it was the best service department I’ve ever used.
