I had an appointment which I was told didn’t matter because they don’t use the system. I was 3rd to show at 7am only because the woman before me was curious about my appt and we were chatting. Waiting because they don’t use the system. I was 3rd to show at 7am only because the woman before me was curious about my appt and we were chatting. Waiting to be logged in took 20min and then she was told it would be 45 min so she didn’t take the shuttle. We didn’t get out of there until after 9:30am. That’s absolutely crazy. The staff was super nice and seemed eager to get us out of there sooner but there’s nothing express about this. Two hours is unreasonable with or without an appt and when quoted 45min/at the hour most. Hope that helps. Thanks More

Beware - Wanted only an oil change under extended platinum warranty policy and instead was charged $255 for unnecessary preventative work performed. I deeply regret purchasing vehicle there and worse yet purchasing extended warranty which waives copay deductible if serviced at purchasing dealership. Previously, all work performed on my vehicle was covered by warranty but this time they got me good. More
