The service business of this dealer has been improving since the change in ownership. It is now good. Physical space dedicated to the service advisors has been vastly improved. Picked up my vehicle after a day and a half in the service department and still the same problem. Due diligence not completed. I’m not from the area and know very few people so I had to take a Uber th service department and still the same problem. Due diligence not completed. I’m not from the area and know very few people so I had to take a Uber there and back. About $80 total and a $170 bill for nothing. No offer of any type of loaner or anything. Just leaving me high and dry. Still leaving the vehicle and another day and a half later I finally get my vehicle back. Finally completed but I lost nearly 4 days of my short trip without anything to drive to get myself anywhere. The vehicle was repaired under warranty and it makes me feel like the $170 I spent was not even necessary. More

I was greeted promptly at service when I drove up and Daniel quickly wrote up the work order and told me he would find me when my vehicle was ready. I was surprised to get a text message a short time lat Daniel quickly wrote up the work order and told me he would find me when my vehicle was ready. I was surprised to get a text message a short time later with a video of my vehicle from the outside and from underneath when it was on the lift. I thought that was a great idea. You don’t normally get to see it from underneath when it’s on the lift. Daniel came and found me as promised. I was in and out within an hour! More
