I have a 15 year old Pacifica with 30,000 miles that I am very fond of. Because of the pandemic I had to leave it out just sitting for 9 months. Poor service, and communication. He was more interested in up selling that taking care of recalls and real reason why I was there . I wouldn’t even give 1 star but that’s the lowest rating here. Worse customer experience I’ve ever had. I brought my car in the night before for a 7am appointment the next day. I called 36 times the next day to see if my car was ready. No one in Service would pick up and if you got a person they would just transfer you to a place where no one was available. I tried ever way to communicate, chat, email and even talked to a sales rep twice who said he would go over to service and have them call me back. Never happened. So without any knowledge of the status of my car I went there and found out my car was never even looked at. Everyone I spoke to blame the phone system or someone else for what happened. I took my car and left. Will never go back there again. More
The service rep, John Woodward was fantastic! A connector in the airbag was not completely secured causing the airbag indicating light to go off again, so I had to return the vehicle to have that fixed. John was helpful and pleasant along with being compassionate for the fact of the inconvenience this was causing. John always greeted me when I walked in the door even when he was with another customer and returned my calls in a timely manner. You are fortunate to have such an amazing employee! Thank you John for making a very inconvenient experience a pleasant one. More

My car has been at the dealership for 4 business days for service for suspected TIPM issues, and NO ONE has contacted me, yet, about my car's issues! Such a lack of customer service. I have placed phone call service for suspected TIPM issues, and NO ONE has contacted me, yet, about my car's issues! Such a lack of customer service. I have placed phone calls, left messages, sent an email, but no calls or email returned. I have been given names for 3 different people involved with the service of my vehicle, but I have not been contacted by any of them. I needed to know by Saturday if my car would be returned, so if not, I could secure a way to work on Monday. No calls returned. I finally had someone take me to the dealership Sat. afternoon. I was told they were still trying to determine the issue with my car. Here it is Monday afternoon, and no one has called me about my car. I have never dealt with such a lack of communication or care about a customer. I will not deal again with Naples Chrysler Dodge after this experience, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. More
