I've worked with Mike a few times and he's a solid guy. Worst experience of my life. Just wanted an estimate to repair seatbelt took 4 hours then came a bill of 148.00 .with an estimate of 900.00 dollars. Considering they were overwhelmingly busy, they did a very good job of staying focused and getting to everyone in an orderly fashion. Very unprofessional. Called about a week ahead to schedule the appointment, took about 20 minutes to set up a profile and what not, which is fine. However, when I got to the dealership my appointment schedule the appointment, took about 20 minutes to set up a profile and what not, which is fine. However, when I got to the dealership my appointment “never went through because their call center in Georgia doesn’t know what they’re doing”. Had to sit there for about 30 minutes, they couldn’t figure it out so they told me to just write on a walk in slip. When I called the next day to find out when my truck would be done, they had no idea what I was talking about because it wasn’t in their system. They finally called me back to tell me it was done, but I don’t even think they did anything. When I asked the guy on the phone if they addressed all the recalls he said “oh let me have them do that”, I’ll put you on hold for a minute, comes back and says “oh it’s been done”. Seemed very fishy, not a fan of their service department at all. More
