I had an appt at 11:00. Needed to get an oil change and have tire pressure checked as well as another sensor. I arrived 20 minutes early . The service person said it would be done at 12:30. One person told me as I picked up my car, that oil changes are on a first come first served basis. Then why did they allow me to make an appointment. More

Mike Sullivan was very nice, courteous & helpful. Our overall experience was awful. We had a 10:30 appt. The car sat in the lot for 50 minutes before it was taken in.
