Bad first impression Very first person I came into contact with was extremely rude (Rudy Vargas), did not listen to me or help me through my first service with the dealers Very first person I came into contact with was extremely rude (Rudy Vargas), did not listen to me or help me through my first service with the dealership. Several others came outside to review an issue I have been having with my stereo and basically laughed at me and discounted my concerns. The only reason, I gave two stars is that I finally found a service advisor willing to listen and helped me. I also was able to speak to the service manager and he listened which I appreciate, but I found no other response to the complaint like a sincere apology from the initial service advisor that was rude to me. It was like pulling teeth to get them to review and try to address my stereo issue. They ended up saying nothing could be done. My solution was to remove the subwoofer myself and I will order a new one so I can listen to music. The bass was overwhelming even with it turned down. I brought my 2013 Durango to Naples Dodge for a transfer case problem. It was diagnosed and I was given an estimate of $6000 to fix. I called Galeana Dodge and got a quote of approximately $3000 if the who case problem. It was diagnosed and I was given an estimate of $6000 to fix. I took the car to Galeana Dodge, Fort Myers and they found that only a switch and a computer module needed replacement. Total was $776.00. I will never take my business to Naples Dodge again. Justin Romero was my maintenance rep. He was responsive but do not know the identity of the service tech that determined I needed a complete transfer case replacement. More
