Sales team did nothing to find the vehicle I wanted, and it was already in their inventory. I found it and gave them the info. Then my salesperson wasn’t there when we had a prearranged pick up time. I was not planning on writing any review since I had nothing good to say, but I have received numerous texts and emails asking me to. My ABS, traction and brake light have been going on and off. I called around mid-January and this type of service didn’t have an appointment available until beginning of February. I arrived at 8:00am on a off. I called around mid-January and this type of service didn’t have an appointment available until beginning of February. I arrived at 8:00am on a Friday. The agent couldn’t find record of my appointment, however, she took my information and I left my car. I heard nothing back from her all day Friday. On Saturday I called the service department multiple times, left 2 voicemails and called the sales number, to which an employee went over and left the agent a note to contact me. It was close to 1:00pm on Saturday when I finally received a call. My car had not even been seen yet close to 36 hours later. I told her not to bother and said I’d be picking up my car. I asked for my keys and left with the ABS, traction and brake light still on. Worst customer service ever! More

They had my Jeep for 7 weeks! Little to no communication. Told me my battery terminals need to be replaced at a cost of $500 before they could assess my Jeep. Gave man estimate of Little to no communication. Told me my battery terminals need to be replaced at a cost of $500 before they could assess my Jeep. Gave man estimate of $9000 to fix issue oh have a warranty but it was declined no reason given - oh I paid extra for it hmmm… anyway. Had Jeep towed to a great shop that specializes in Jeeps. Same despairs estimates less than $2000 oh and same terminals still in battery. So… how did they assess it.?!?! Horrible horrible service. Complete scam only out for your money. Oh and I have emailed the GM twice with no response. Unacceptable customer service. I was forced to buy a service plan with Jeep in 2020 but can’t get an appointment for the services. All around awful awful dealership. I’m part of many Jeep groups in the area and all of them know my experience. You guys suck More
Brought my 2018 Grand Cherokee with 33k miles in for warranty repair on the 4wd transfer case & was told the only way to get it looked at sooner than 2 weeks out was to have some “maintenance” done so I warranty repair on the 4wd transfer case & was told the only way to get it looked at sooner than 2 weeks out was to have some “maintenance” done so I agreed to have the fluid changed in both differentials and transfer case (a 100k mile/ $700 service) to address the service light. When I got the car back I was told that they couldn’t fix the problem due to lack of part’s which would take several days to locate. Unfortunately I was headed out of town so was not able to leave the car for repair. Bottom line, the car is still broken and I paid for service I didn’t need. More
