Beware - Wanted only an oil change under extended platinum warranty policy and instead was charged $255 for unnecessary preventative work performed. The Wal-Mart Self-Checkout Method of service does not really bode well for me. Until I finally made a stink with Jeep Customer service, I did not get any communication until I initiated contact with the really bode well for me. Every service visit has lead to an minor, to major, to possibly warranty-voiding issue that I have had to deal with, afterwards. I do not have the confidence in this location, anymore, and will actively seek out another dealership for any further service and/or warranty claims, even if it inconveniences me in time and/or resources. At 3:20 I went to the waiting room. I did not receive any communication on my vehicle while being serviced. At 6:10 PM I was told my vehicle was ready. I asked for my paper work and was told by Laura that they don’t give paper work for an inspection? I’ve received paper work every other time. Hmm. I was told they replaced my wipers. No idea if anything else was checked. I then arrived home and my husband asked why my wipers were white. We realized they left the plastic shield on the wipers! All in all, terrible customer service for the service department. More
