Your dealership had my vehicle for multiple days and nothing was done. Neither the diagnostic testing or the oil change was even started, let alone looked into. I was initially told that the staff member assigned to me “called in sick”. I was tossed around from associate to associate from there. Communication was horrible. It would have been non-existent, had I not actively tried to contact staff. Voice mailbox was full, and I did not hear back until end of day, and it was via text. This is unacceptable. I needed my vehicle for work, and had to take it to another facility. More

I had low expectations to start, assuming my Jeep would be there for a long time for a simple fix, but Laura V. did a fantastic job with scheduling and communicating. They do not have their house in order at all. I booked my appointment three weeks in advance, they kept my truck the first time for two weeks, my issues were a two to three day things. Then when I booked my appointment three weeks in advance, they kept my truck the first time for two weeks, my issues were a two to three day things. Then when I get it back the issues either weren’t fixed or done wrong. The second time they called me back with the appointment time. It should have been a day thing, four days went by. They still have not fixed the front end, phone charger.!they did however fixed the driveshaft issue and the safety recall issue. I wrote to my service tech about my dissatisfaction and have heard nothing thus far. They replaced the front axle, warranty work and never realigned the frontend. Very sloppy workmanship. More
