I had my car in for service for about 3 weeks, In April it was there for 5 weeks! Prices thru the roof and tried to sell me another rim and tires! I just bought this Jeep less than a year ago. When I purchased the vehicle, the dealership told me it was "lot ready" which meant it could be sold. Less than a year later, I had to pay over $1000 When I purchased the vehicle, the dealership told me it was "lot ready" which meant it could be sold. Less than a year later, I had to pay over $1000 for spark plugs and a tune-up because the Jeep had a misfire in cylinder 2. The radio also failed and had to be replaced. Luckily, the radio was covered by warranty except for a $100 deposit. I don't remember ever paying $66 for spark plugs and I've never paid over $1000 for a tune up. This dealership claims they are the #1 dealership in Naples. They are NOT THE #1 dealership in Naples.. They are THE ONLY Dodge Dealership in Naples and aren't backed by the BBB. If I hadn't purchased the vehicle from this dealership, I'd never return, but I'm stuck with it. Service is over priced at almost $200/hr. More

I went in with an event that occurred while driving. They attended to me right away. Even though their techs were backed up for days (post hurricane) I received consistent follow up regarding timing.
