Tooks weeks to get an appointment. Oil change and transmission problem. Had it for a week, got call to pick up. Got in car and oil change light on...agent came out and had me do som Oil change and transmission problem. Had it for a week, got call to pick up. Next day I called the dealer because transmission is still acting up. I've gone in to try to get this resolved and still waiting for a call back. This is a 2020 Pacifica, still under warranty. Took a month to get in, had to get a rental car, got the quote the next day. A week later still not everything done, but able to pick up. Still waiting for what I've already paid for...
