Our Nitro has a problem that is part of a recall. I left the car at 3 pm for an "inspection" that was supposed to be a "couple of hours". We needed it the next day for work. I was told that after it I left the car at 3 pm for an "inspection" that was supposed to be a "couple of hours". We needed it the next day for work. I was told that after it was inspected,they are going to have to order the part and then bring it back qnother day for replacement. I called them at the end of the day and nobody knew if it was checked already or not. And then when my wife showed up early next day to pick it up,apparently absolutely nothing was done. All this even though ww had an appointment set up a month before that! Very disappointing More
