Brian was a life saver for me . I tried to get someone to help me for hours . I kept getting nothing but voicemails prompting me to choose a rep . I was furious . I asked for a salesman and he gave me Brian’s personal cell . He got me In right away . He was so genuinely nice . A runner took me to a restaurant were I sat and had lunch .
