Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

Took my Jeep 4Xe in for a high voltage battery recall. Part of the test was to fully charge and discharged the battery after doing a software upgrade. I was told that the charge / discharge was not needed if the software upgrade went OK This is not correct as the actual Jeep recall states that this has to be done Got the car home next day had to have it towed back to the dealer for a high voltage battery fault. Now it needs a new high-voltage battery which I am told to take 2 to 3 weeks to get More
