I was overcharged, when I went back the next day the Service guy said "I thought we went over this yesterday, I really do not have time today". I was overcharged just under $300.00 Dollar,,, He charged me for 4 windshield wipers , my Pacifica 2017 only had 3. I was charged for a day of car rental, I have the 8 year warranty which include free rental. I was charged tire rotation and balancing twice.. That should have actually been at NO charge as they had to put another new back frame on the pacifica, welds broke, second issue, the other was a year ago.. We only have 13,480 Miles on the car. This is not the first time I have been overcharged, our transmission had a problem last year. We do not live in Fl.. everytime we go down our garage kept vehicle has a major issue. This Dealership is a Rip off. Please ignore the first response above. I was on my I phone and mis-spelling took over. Thank you. Kathy Whear 847-826-9102
