Took my car into service, they told me what was wrong and then didn’t answer me for almost an entire month. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone, tried calling the sales floor and have them transfer the guy to me an then didn’t answer me for almost an entire month. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone, tried calling the sales floor and have them transfer the guy to me and they would just send me to voicemail. I finally went into the dealership where someone was able to help me sell the car. The sales manager never did anything with the paperwork so then I had to wait almost another whole month before a different sales manager picked it up and was able to finalize everything. Overall, terrible experience. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
