I brought my 2018 Dodge Durango to this dealership to change a burned out head lamp bulb. The service advisor as well as the rest of the staff I met were very friendly and helpful. They deserve to work change a burned out head lamp bulb. The service advisor as well as the rest of the staff I met were very friendly and helpful. They deserve to work at a better dealership. I was told that the bulb and labor would cost between $700 and $800, the bulb about $368 of that estimate and the rest for over an hour of labor because the tech would have to take out parts under the hood to access the bulb. I bought the same Mopar bulb from Rockauto.com for $225, watched some Youtube videos and replaced the bulb myself using the access in the wheel well designed for that purpose. It took me about 15 minutes because I had never done it before, I'm 61 and not very strong. Next time it'll take me about 5 minutes. Is it that the techs at the dealership have hands too big to access the bulb that way? Or is it that the dealership is charging for more labor than is required for the job? It's unforgiveable that this dealership would charge for over an hour of labor for a task that a layperson can do in 15 minutes and that it would make this procedure more complicated than it's supposed to be in order to charge for unnecessary labor. Some would see that as a con. More
Communication is awful. Had my Wrangler for a week because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. This is my business car. Had my Wrangler for a week because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. This is my business car. More
Lots of service reps to talk to when you arrive at the service department. Courtesy shuttle is available to drop you off locally. Was not happy about website to schedule appointment. I reserved a time for service department. Courtesy shuttle is available to drop you off locally. Was not happy about website to schedule appointment. I reserved a time for an oil change, and when I arrived, I was told that they don’t make appointments for oil changes, it’s first come first served. It’s about an 1.75 hour (50-60 mins one way) round trip to your dealership. I went twice, which was a big waste of time for me. I probably will try to find another Chrysler dealership that can make appointments for oil changes. I did not see anything on website where oil changes are on first come first served basis More
