The last two times I have come in I have been disappointed. The first time I came for an oil change and had my air filters replaced. I also wanted to get one of my car key batteries replaced. When I left the dealership, I noticed that the keys were still not working so the better must have never been replaced. Next, the plastic cover the the top left corner was placed to the right and was not placed back on top of those wires. The next visit was the most recent for a battery replacement. I asked for them to refill my coolant and when I came to pick up my vehicle that had not been done. The coolant canister was dry, which is weird since I had a vehicle inspection and no one noticed that? Thankfully the guy who brought my vehicle out from the technicians was nice enough to bring it back and get that done. More

All was very good when I brought my 2023 Jeep Rubicon in to get a nail taken out of my tire and put new lock nuts on the wheels!! But, before I left they gave me a list of over $3,000.00 worth of stuff that to get a nail taken out of my tire and put new lock nuts on the wheels!!
