Had issue with muffler when I purchased car brand new they told me nothing wrong two years later there is something wrong . Issues with start stop told me nothing wrong .. changed interior batteries now they told me nothing wrong two years later there is something wrong . I was completely on the fence about completing the ram emissions update after some research on owner opinions. After speaking to Charles in the service department, he assured me that it was a simple upda emissions update after some research on owner opinions. After speaking to Charles in the service department, he assured me that it was a simple update that carried an extended emissions warranty covering almost everything DPF related. Shortly after the update, a check engine light came on and I knew I made a bad choice, however Charles asked me to bring it in for diagnosis. The very next day Charles called me and explained the problem was a Nox sensor and a temp sensor along with some mounting hardware and as promised EVERYTHING would be covered under warranty including a rental vehicle during the week or would be out. I really have not noticed a difference in truck performance since the update. I can't say enough good things about Charles and his professionalism. Thank you, Bill Warren More
