I’ve never had a dealership make a appointment 3 weeks out not to work on my car but only to drop it off and be told, “we should get to it in a couple days”. I made an appointment and I specified for a warranty recall replacement part. I arranged for someone to stay with my wife and a friend to follow me for the appointment drop off. When I arrived I was tol recall replacement part. I arranged for someone to stay with my wife and a friend to follow me for the appointment drop off. When I arrived I was told that the recall part had been back ordered for months and they would put me on a wait list. This is something your service department knew prior to my appointment and I should have been informed. More
