The sales process was relatively quick as these things go. We didn’t really feel like we had a lot of vehicle choice or that we got the best price they could have given us. I wish I had realized how inconvenient the manual locks would be! Also find it pretty cheap of Jeep not to put running boards on the sides. It looks very unfinished, but I will get some on Amazon and put them on myself. But all in all, we love our new Jeep. The paperwork and financing was very well done. The associate that did this with my husband was very good and knowledgeable. This was all handled quickly. The only real snag was in the delivery. We were told the vehicle was being “detailed “ and it took over an hour and a half. But then the Jeep was pulled up and I could see dust on it. It was not wet at all! So it was definitely not washed - which wasn’t the problem, because it already looked clean to start with. It’s the question of what they were doing for an hour and a half while we sat there! My husband got so tired of waiting that he went home in our car and I waited alone for another 20 minutes! My husband says the problem was probably the people who work in the back lot pulling the cars up. This is the main area where you need to improve. More

I’ve never had a dealership make a appointment 3 weeks out not to work on my car but only to drop it off and be told, “we should get to it in a couple days”. I made an appointment and I specified for a warranty recall replacement part. I arranged for someone to stay with my wife and a friend to follow me for the appointment drop off.
