I was impressed as I received the walk around text with the video later that morning which surprised me as it was so quick. Laura called later and let me know my Jeep was ready and asked if I wanted it washed. The entire process was incredibly easy. My Jeep died in my garage. I called Naples Jeep and they directed me to call road side assistance. I was given a loaner which was right in the same place and once my Jeep was checked and serviced I received a text and a video of the issue. Laura called me to tell me it was ready and asked if I wanted it washed. I have never received such great service from a dealership in my life.
