We visited the dealer a few times and the salesmen were informed, patient, and helped us select a vehicle. My concerns started when we sat down and got a quote on my trade vehicle. The manager came over and told me that they “were losing money on my trade”. I took my trade down the road and sold it at CarMax for $1500 more without any haggling at all. I then shopped around a bit more for the model I wanted and found it listed in Venice, FL (at Douglas Jeep) for $1299 cheaper. After considering the 1.5 hour drive, the slightly higher dealer fee, we still came out at least $2000 better by avoiding Naples Dodge. My advice is to shop around! More

Worst dealership ever. Poorly trained staff. Weak selection. Prices high. Cars covered with tar and bug poo. Salesman was dumb as a box of rocks. GM has one word vocabulary - "no" and one speed - "s selection. Prices high. Cars covered with tar and bug poo. Salesman was dumb as a box of rocks. GM has one word vocabulary - "no" and one speed - "slow." Owner doesn't return calls. Lied about features/content of vehicle. Failed to perform requested services. Horrible, amateurish dealer - like stepping back in time to the 1970's. Service managers decent guys struggling to manage with limited resources. Go elsewhere. This place should be used as a case study for a poorly run dealer and a great benchmark for why Chrysler and its brands continue to alienate customers. More
Worst experience ever. My wife took in our 2009 Town and Country for an oil change and was told that she needed a brake job. She authorized it, waited and took the van home. She noticed that it was pulling Country for an oil change and was told that she needed a brake job. She authorized it, waited and took the van home. She noticed that it was pulling to the side when she hit the brakes. I took it back the next day and they at first said there was no problem. I had a mechanic drive it with me and the brakes totally locked up. They said the calipers were bad and wanted me to pay an additional $900. More
I have visited this dealer multiple times. Most of the time the service is oaky. I like how they communicate with me when the car is in service. Other then that I would not go back.
