Lack of communication, no follow up, extremely disorganized. This past visit however, I was surprised to have been treated exactly how a customer should be treated. I showed up unannounced with an ignition issue. I was greeted by Service Avisor Jimmy Patton. He immediately spoke with me, listened to my issue, and put me on the list to be serviced without hesitation. Couldn’t have asked for a more polite, respectful, and helpful member of the service team Kyle Hogg Is normally the person that I request to have my vehicle serviced by. He was the first person to have worked on my vehicle on the date of its purchase having an aftermarket lift and tires /wheels being installed. Several trips back to resolve minor issues Since then which were all identified and corrected with an explanation for cause being given. These two individuals have set the benchmark for other employees to follow and should be commended for the jobs they have done. As long as they are members of the service department and service my vehicle, I will remain a loyal customer. As for other members of the team, they might want to try and follow their example. More

An individual stating that he was the Parts Manager refused to honor the coupon unless I drive the 206 miles to the dealership and present it personally over the counter. After saying that it was available, he suddenly changed it to 'it's reserved for someone else'. It's not saved for someone else. This was 'pay back' for me being persistent with my inquiry. He just wanted me off the phone. I need someone at the Dealership to take ownership of this issue, before I escalate it to Chrysler Corporate. More
