Good service department I have a relatively new vehicle, I purchased it 13 months ago. I have found the service department to do excellent work so far. I had a single service issue which they worked diligently on but were unable to resolve, however I was able to get it fixed with help from corporate sources. Their sales department leaves a bit to be desired, they are not as responsive or helpful when an issue presented. More

Recall I found it odd for the dealer not offering me a loaner vehicle.
