Warranty Work on Jeep Grand Cherokee My Jeep has been in for work on it 3 times. The first time, it was not covered by the warranty. The second & third time it was and I want to thank Rudy Vargas for his hard work in getting my work covered. The work has been complicated and it took a few days to get it done. It wasn’t a problem though, because I was given a loaner car from Hertz each time. Rudy has always worked to get my Jeep repaired as quickly as possible. Whenever I call, he is friendly and accommodating! Always happy and smiling, it is a pleasure to work with him. I need to bring my Jeep in again to fix the mirror I broke and I am sure I will have another great experience with Rudy and everyone at the dealership. I love my Jeep!
