Parts Manager refused to honor Chrysler Parts coupon Naples Chrysler has a part I need and FCA US LLC offers 15% off coupon, RIGHT on the DEALER'S own webpage. An individual stating that he was the Part Naples Chrysler has a part I need and FCA US LLC offers 15% off coupon, RIGHT on the DEALER'S own webpage. An individual stating that he was the Parts Manager refused to honor the coupon unless I drive the 206 miles to the dealership and present it personally over the counter. After saying that it was available, he suddenly changed it to 'it's reserved for someone else'. It's not saved for someone else. This was 'pay back' for me being persistent with my inquiry. He just wanted me off the phone. I need someone at the Dealership to take ownership of this issue, before I escalate it to Chrysler Corporate. More

Unacceptable serivce received My car needed to go in for recall - there was a module that needed to be replaced which I was told would only take 15 minutes to complete. An appt was scheduled and I dropped my car off at 10:00 am - I was told I could come back around 12:00 to pick it up. I called to double check and they said it wasn't done yet - so I waited and went back at 4:30 pm - they still had not touched my car. I was not happy and expressed this - the service manager who was quite rude then proceeded to tell me that the transmission had to be taken out for them to replace the module, I said well that certainly can't be done in 15 minutes like I was told?!? They pulled the car in immediately and i left there to head home - only to receive a call 18 minutes after leaving that the car was done and ready to go. WHAT??? The place was dirty and as far as I am concerned it was the worst Dodge dealer I have ever dealt with. In 2018 I purchased 3 dodge vehicles and 1 so far in 2019 and after this experience I have to question whether I should look at another make of vehicle moving forward. More
