This is absolutely the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I brought my Jeep commander in for service on an appointment last Friday at 1:15pm. My Jeep sat the entire weekend and wasn't first evaluated until Monday at 12pm. When I called to check the status of my vehicle my phone calls were ignored. I was assured by a Raven and Brittney separately on 4 occasions that a service tech "Mark" or manager "Ruth Flores" would return my calls as soon as possible. This never happen and my wife had to stop in on her way home from work to demand an update on the vehicles status. She was told "the Chyrsler mechanics could not figure out what the issue was with the vehicle". Mind you this is Naples Chrysler Doge Jeep you would hope since they sell these vehicles they would be best suited to diagnose and repair any issues rapidly. I could go on with a laundry list of follies, unprofessional and reprehensible actions by this Dealerships service department, but I won't. I will summarize Tuesday at 10am I was called by service tech " Ryan" stating "Good news the vehicle is fixed and ready" Spark plugs were changed charges for this totaled a staggering $325. I picked the vehicle up and it stalled in the parking lot! I brought it back spoke to Mrs. Flores who assured me the vehicle would be fixed at no charge. I received a phone call today Thursday at 2pm from service tech "Ryan" stating they still didn't know what was wrong! At there best guess it was this or that and the next thing they'd try would cost $800. I decided to cut my losses and now am left at square one. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! Tom Johns was the salesman - seemed nice enough but gave us the runaround for 20 minutes while he pretended to look for the key which he supposedly "couldn't find". Then I took the vehicle for a drive and it has bad tires and a bad squeak which need addressing. I made an offer and he refused to budge at all. He also would not get a manager for me to speak with even when I requested one. I was treated very disrespectfully and decided to walk. Today I called because the Jeep is still there and has been for a few months. They have all admitted to me that the Jeep is worth way less than what they are asking - I offered a fair price, plus getting the other issues addressed with the vehicle. I was promised a call from the manager and instead when I asked the salesman about it he brushed me off and said "I already gave you the answer, maybe next time." There won't be a next time. More

The last two times I had my vehicle serviced from there has just been awful! Yesterday I had a scheduled appointment for an oil chang and tire rotation so I had asked how long it would be and he said a little over an hour. Meanwhile 3 hours later of waiting around I finally asked someone what was going on with my car. Ten minutes later they said oh your car has been done awhile ago. I was sitting in their waiting room all that time for nothing! Poorly run, unorganized and not so friendly people! Also no inspection sheet of what they had looked at as they advertise "free inspection." More
Terrible costumer care I'm leasing a new town and country and right after i left the dealership, i notice the steering wheel was off. Pulling to the right. 2 weeks later i go back and tell them whats going on. The take the car back and 3 hrs later they tell me its fixed. I hop in the car to go home and i notice that the steering wheel is now pulling to the left. One of their guys tells me the aligment is off after computer check, service refuses to do aligment because its not much off.Long story short. Very incompetent staff, no loaners, pick up driver took over 1 hour to come pick me up and in the end, an oil change lasted for 3 hours. Naples chrysler dealership is by far, the worst dealership in USA. Do not go there or you will realize that you will lose a lot. Not just money, also time and nerve. More

Got a new computer, next day picked it up and died not even a block from the dealer. This week I went to get my transmission fluids replaced. Now I have a blown head gasket charging me 1700 dollars u crazy. in the last 2 and half months I spent almost 3 grand and u cant work with me. No loaner cars at all. Had no car for 3 days last month. Stay away from this dealer More

I dropped off my Ram 1500 at 7:30 AM and found a ride to work. I came back to the dealership at 5:30 PM, after work. They could not find my paperwork. When they found the paperwork, that never got around to servicing my truck. They requested I drop it off again tomorrow, and they would do their best to get to my truck. Are you kidding me? This is not my first visit, and not my first bad experience, just the latest. I will not buy a Chrysler product again because I don't want to deal with this dealership any more. My truck is still under warrantee, so I will have to take my truck to another town to get service. What a shame Chrysler allows Naples to keep their dealership. They do nothing but shame the product. We visited the dealer a few times and the salesmen were informed, patient, and helped us select a vehicle. My concerns started when we sat down and got a quote on my trade vehicle. The manager came over and told me that they “were losing money on my trade”. I took my trade down the road and sold it at CarMax for $1500 more without any haggling at all. I then shopped around a bit more for the model I wanted and found it listed in Venice, FL (at Douglas Jeep) for $1299 cheaper. After considering the 1.5 hour drive, the slightly higher dealer fee, we still came out at least $2000 better by avoiding Naples Dodge. My advice is to shop around! More
