Service I bought a used Jeep that had recalls. This was the first time I dealt with the Jeep dealership. Took it in very early on Wed. Morning. Rudy said it w I bought a used Jeep that had recalls. This was the first time I dealt with the Jeep dealership. Took it in very early on Wed. Morning. Rudy said it would be done by the end of the day on Wed. I told him I wouldn't be able to pick it up until Thurs. morning. I called 6 times and couldn't find out the status on my Jeep. Finally, the only person I could get through to was someone who schedules appointments. She tried two different numbers with the service department. No one answered. It is now Friday morning and no one can tell me a thing about my Jeep. The appointment lady asked if she could give them a message. I said, "Yes, tell them I will be in in an hour to pick up my Jeep done or not." When I got there I was told they broke the part and would need to keep it until a new part came in. I said, "Absolutely not. I will take it to another dealer." Rudy brought my Jeep to me after quite a wait and said it would take 45 minutes for paper work to be submitted. I told him I wanted to see the service manager. He got the paper work done quickly and I left. As I was leaving I saw a man in the parking lot who was also having his vehicle serviced. He was quite displeased (to put it nicely) with his service as well. I have a second vehicle so it wouldn't have been a big deal to leave it, I couldn't believe they couldn't give me a phone call. Rudy said I didn't have any right being upset with him. I guess my daughter is not getting the new Jeep we promised her! More
Transparent and fair. I travelled 4 hrs to buy at this dealership. The Melbourne ones were not flexible or fair in their pricing and options. James Patton was awesome James figured out my issue within a minute of arrival (sales had given me one fob from a different vehicle) so he personally ran me over to the shoppi James figured out my issue within a minute of arrival (sales had given me one fob from a different vehicle) so he personally ran me over to the shopping center so I could entertain myself while they programmed a new fob to the car, buzzed over and picked me up 45 minutes later and I headed home. Great experience and customer service Joe was great from beginning to the end of the transaction. He was very descriptive of the car took extra pictures and texted them directly to me. I drove 6 hrs to check out the car and it did not disappoint. He got the car detailed full tank of gas and assisted me returning the loaner to the enterprise on their dealer. Lack of communication, no follow up, extremely disorganized. This past visit however, I was surprised to have been treated exactly how a customer should be treated. I showed up unannounced with an ignition issue. I was greeted by Service Avisor Jimmy Patton. He immediately spoke with me, listened to my issue, and put me on the list to be serviced without hesitation. Couldn’t have asked for a more polite, respectful, and helpful member of the service team Kyle Hogg Is normally the person that I request to have my vehicle serviced by. He was the first person to have worked on my vehicle on the date of its purchase having an aftermarket lift and tires /wheels being installed. Several trips back to resolve minor issues Since then which were all identified and corrected with an explanation for cause being given. These two individuals have set the benchmark for other employees to follow and should be commended for the jobs they have done. As long as they are members of the service department and service my vehicle, I will remain a loyal customer. As for other members of the team, they might want to try and follow their example. More
