Bad the second time For the second time in three months I had my car in for service. The first time was 3 and half weeks. This time 5 days. Was think about trading my car in for an upgrade, but it won't be here. More

Not much cleaning inside or out, which leaves a bad first impression for buyer, and when I returned for service visit they gave me my vehicle back DIRTIER than when I dropped it off. Better Off Season I have had my 2014 Town and Country minivan serviced 3 times at this dealership. The first two visits during off-season were completed in a matter of I have had my 2014 Town and Country minivan serviced 3 times at this dealership. The first two visits during off-season were completed in a matter of hours. My latest visit was in peak season here in Naples Florida so that likely caused my service to be slower. The service department required 3 days to finish a total of 9 jobs. The receipt that I received for the service was missing page 2 of 4. That was for jobs 5,6 and 7. I also noticed that on my last service, I was given a senior citizen discount, but that I didn't get it this time. Otherwise, the service was good considering how busy the service department was. More

Save your time We stopped by this dealership on a Friday to look at a vehicle THEY ADVERTISED! It took 45- 60 minutes or better for them to even locate the vehicle, We stopped by this dealership on a Friday to look at a vehicle THEY ADVERTISED! It took 45- 60 minutes or better for them to even locate the vehicle, then no one could find the keys. After another hour, we were told they would call us when the keys were located. Did not hear from them. I communicated with them on Monday and was told by the salesperson that he would be there and he would have the keys, so we drove the half hour to get there, and was told by a staff person that the sales person had gone home. This was not true, as he found us about 15 minutes later, while one of the other salesman was trying to locate the vehicle we wanted to look at. And then, we were told the vehicle had been SOLD on Saturday. Not impressed, and there does not seem to be any organization. We are going to buy, but not st this dealership. More
