A month before I had oil change and the service advisor never mentioned the update. Three computer update they said for a whole day!!! That is absolute ridiculous!!! So Saturday morning the service called and left a message that they will call when the vehicle is ready. 3pm still no call so I called and Loran the service advisor told me they couldn't find the previous service record therefore they can`t do the updates, the don't know what computers need to be updated. I had the paper work in the truck, they never asked if I have it!!! So the truck never was serviced. Totally unprofessional!!! You should had seen what was going on when I was waiting just drop off the truck a day before around 5pm!!! They gave me an envelope to put the key in and said sign. never said write down the truck info!!! With or without a new ownership and a new software, the transition should not be that difficult. Lost the old service records, can`t find words. Never go back!!! More
Do not listen to positive reviews This place is a complete ripoff. Your best interest is so far from there mind it's sad and disgraceful to the automotive industry. The service departm This place is a complete ripoff. Your best interest is so far from there mind it's sad and disgraceful to the automotive industry. The service department is so bad I dreaded getting the Jeep I had serviced. And now the sales department has just infuriated me so bad I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from them again. I love Jeeps. I'd recommend them to anyone. But this dealership tarnishes their line. Your FIRED!! More
Rude, poor service, complete ripoff Took my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 20,000 miles in to replace a blinker light which was out and to check for a leak. I had seen 2-3 pinkie size spots on the garage floor. I was told I needed a new radiator for approximately $1400.00 which included labor at a rate of $195.00 per hour!!! Of course, warranty covers nothing. The blinker was not a bulb but a faulty socket ( $20 part) which had a 3-5 day lead time. I said forget it on the radiator repair and just wanted the car. Had to wait almost 2 hours to get my car. I was told it was my fault because I didn't call ahead. We actually called 3 times in the hour before we arrived and it went to voicemail each time. When I mentioned that, he said I must have called the wrong number and looked at me like I was an idiot. We called the correct number. I was charged $116.00 for the diagnostic for the blinker with no repair. Stay away!!! To the owner of this dealership, you don't know a thing about customer service or you have turned a complete blind eye. To those at Jeep, this dealership sucks. I will never go back. Please believe all the negative reviews. They are true. More

Now, 3 weeks later, the service department tells me that is not possible. So, the dealer lied to me in order to make the sale. Next time it will be a Ford Escape. More

Horrible service and repairs If I could give them minus 4 stars I would. I have had my 2012 Jeep Sahara in 4 times for the same problems. It only has 39,000 miles on it. Pr If I could give them minus 4 stars I would. I have had my 2012 Jeep Sahara in 4 times for the same problems. It only has 39,000 miles on it. Problems: MIL light keeps coming on. My hard top, which I've never even removed is pouring water out of it. I paid $350 in advance for a new seal which had to be ordered, then labor on top of that. My son keeps an umbrella in the car because every time I hit the brakes water pours out. Neither of these problems has been fixed. I've had to wait weeks between appointments just to drop it off. This morning I was driving my son to school and it lost power - again. I was almost rear ended by a school bus. Last time it was on the highway and I almost got hit by an 18-wheeler with my 80 year old mother. They don't care that they are endangering lives. No calls are ever returned. I have a case open with Jeep Corporate. Even they are appalled. I'm working on the right to a 5th visit. If I weren't so far in with them I would give up. My service advisor is rude and condescending and the rest aren't much better. I purchased my Jeep in Ft. Lauderdale but I don't think it would have made a difference had I bought it there. DO GO THERE. Christy - Stay at home Mom More
Shockingly bad customer service and professionalism Please heed this warning. I am a professional Firefighter/Paramedic and Lieutenant with a well know local Fire Department. This is absolutely the wo Please heed this warning. I am a professional Firefighter/Paramedic and Lieutenant with a well know local Fire Department. This is absolutely the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I brought my Jeep commander in for service on an appointment last Friday at 1:15pm. My Jeep sat the entire weekend and wasn't first evaluated until Monday at 12pm. When I called to check the status of my vehicle my phone calls were ignored. I was assured by a Raven and Brittney separately on 4 occasions that a service tech "Mark" or manager "Ruth Flores" would return my calls as soon as possible. This never happen and my wife had to stop in on her way home from work to demand an update on the vehicles status. She was told "the Chyrsler mechanics could not figure out what the issue was with the vehicle". Mind you this is Naples Chrysler Doge Jeep you would hope since they sell these vehicles they would be best suited to diagnose and repair any issues rapidly. I could go on with a laundry list of follies, unprofessional and reprehensible actions by this Dealerships service department, but I won't. I will summarize Tuesday at 10am I was called by service tech " Ryan" stating "Good news the vehicle is fixed and ready" Spark plugs were changed charges for this totaled a staggering $325. I picked the vehicle up and it stalled in the parking lot! I brought it back spoke to Mrs. Flores who assured me the vehicle would be fixed at no charge. I received a phone call today Thursday at 2pm from service tech "Ryan" stating they still didn't know what was wrong! At there best guess it was this or that and the next thing they'd try would cost $800. I decided to cut my losses and now am left at square one. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! I don't know how these people sleep at night More

Tom Johns was the salesman - seemed nice enough but gave us the runaround for 20 minutes while he pretended to look for the key which he supposedly "couldn't find". Then I took the vehicle for a drive and it has bad tires and a bad squeak which need addressing. I made an offer and he refused to budge at all. He also would not get a manager for me to speak with even when I requested one. I was treated very disrespectfully and decided to walk. Today I called because the Jeep is still there and has been for a few months. They have all admitted to me that the Jeep is worth way less than what they are asking - I offered a fair price, plus getting the other issues addressed with the vehicle. I was promised a call from the manager and instead when I asked the salesman about it he brushed me off and said "I already gave you the answer, maybe next time." There won't be a next time. More
