The service team at this dealership is by far the best! (Shout out to Mike R. and Bob) They did everything they could, however when the situation kept getting worse (anyone ever see Money Pit) I reached out to Tony Gomez the District Manager. At first, I was extremely angry and Mr. Gomez immediately calmed me down with courtesy, understanding, and professionalism. Tony offered to work with me on a path forward that would leave me satisfied with purchasing and servicing a vehicle from Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The resolution was amendable to both parties and the level of professionalism from Tony, Shawn (Sale Manager) Terry (sales) and Philp (finance) was beyond exceptional. Tony and the team turned a very bad experience into a positive one which warranted me taking the time to commend them and write a review. Thanks Team! More

Friendly, Fast, and Efficient I needed an oil change and my tire pressure was low in all four tires. Because I was planning on driving four hours the following day, it was very imp I needed an oil change and my tire pressure was low in all four tires. Because I was planning on driving four hours the following day, it was very important to me that I get my Jeep taken care of the same day the warning symbols lit up. I called ahead and they told me I could bring it right in. They had it fixed within a couple of hours and called me as soon as it was done. Daniel was very nice, fun to chat with, etc. More
Unfortunately I had an extremely poor experience dealing with Michael Sullivan. There were problems from start to finish. First and foremost there was no communication while the car was getting fixed even t with Michael Sullivan. There were problems from start to finish. First and foremost there was no communication while the car was getting fixed even though my husband and I were told that we would be called once the car was looked at. The only call we received was that the car was ready. When I picked up my car I had asked what was done to fix the various problems and Michael proceeded to read basically verbatim from the paperwork, instead of explaining. When I had inquired about a problem that was not listed as being looked at Michael told me that they couldn’t fix something that wasn’t broken, even though there was nothing listed on the paperwork that it was looked at. He then asked if I wanted to leave it overnight whereas all I was trying to find out was if if a problem I was having was looked into. After going back and forth for several minutes finally another rep politely stepped in to help. Michael proceeded to give my keys to the porter and basically dismissed me. He started making calls to other clients while I stood there not sure what I was supposed to be doing. Thankfully Tyrone Morgan, another rep stepped in to help. He escorted me outside where there were several guys out there waiting to help and they did just that. I was extremely disappointed by how I was treated but truly appreciated the gentlemen that stepped in to help. P.S. The oil change that was supposed to have been done was never taken care of so now the car has to go back again. More

Made a mistake installing a wrong part, very rude, did not even gave me the service to pick me up or a rental car to fixed his mistake. Quick and easy purchase for used vehicle. I saw the car I wanted online. Called to make sure it was there, it was. Talked to Terry, and set up to test drive. I saw another possible car ther I saw the car I wanted online. Called to make sure it was there, it was. Talked to Terry, and set up to test drive. I saw another possible car there, so asked to drive it as well. Terry was busy with another customer, but worked it out to get us the test drives in both cars. Decided on a 2014 Charger which was great. Terry got April to work on financing, and we were in and out within a few hours, which included the test drives and decision making. Overall a great experience. More
