I have looked at vehicles sold by private owners who are not charging $1400 in reconditioning fees that were more presentable. I think the worst thing Is instead of bringing me in to see this disgusting vehicle maybe someone should have inspected it before I drove 120 miles only to be disappointed in what I found. I have 5 emails and 3 calls from these people to be sure I was coming but no one could check out the vehicle . I feel the least you could do is cover the cost of my gas, I spent $40 in fuel alone and 3.5 hours of my time. More

Later as we were closing the rear cover, it is getting stuck, not told. The new person during our paperwork gave us a jump drive with all our documents, viewed it at only one page. Still waiting for everything we signed plus nearly $4k warranty and $50 gift card for test driving. My salesperson was great, friendly but was only as proficient as the staff above him. More
