He made it clear day 1 I wasn't an ideal customer because I held onto my cars instead of trading them every 3 years. I was made to wait forever, and was told the car wasn't eligible for the special finance I held onto my cars instead of trading them every 3 years. To add insult to injury when they realized I was right I made another appointment to purchase. He took all my info and refused to send me the contract. When I arrived on my appt time he again made me wait, and when he finally got to me he gave me the keys and said take a ride we aren't ready for you?! ok, I come back from the ride and he says there is a recall I cant sell it to you today.. Sooo you just wasted my time again. He then told me also my trade was worthless AND THEN tried to convince me to gift him the car for his 17 year old son!!! So insulting. I DID NOT make an appointment to come in the next day he tried to guilt me saying he came in that day just for me and I never called, then proceeded to tell me if I didn’t come first thing in the morning I would have to wait again because he is so busy. This was really the breaking point for me. More
