Our service advisor, Michael Sullivan, called towards the end of the first day just to let us know his mechanic hadn't yet finished troubleshooting the problem - we very much appreciated the courtesy call. The problem was fixed the following day and tested fine on a camping trip to Siesta Key that weekend. By the way, a MUCH better service experience than we ever had with our Mercedes Sprinter! I don't want to mention any names, but the sales person was very arrogant and disrespectful .The sales person did not introduce himself, l saw his name on a business card on his desk. I’m disappointed about my visit yesterday at Jeep Naples. Not overall good service, The final report says all fluid were filled, I opened the hood and realized that it’s not the case.
