False Advertising The Ad was if Dodge Ram could Not get you approved then you would receive $500.00 from the Dealership! On a Saturday evening -I was told after being in the dealership for over a hour or so that there was Nothing that Dodge could do for me! and Nothing was showed to me life you need your right arm and leg to get into this truck you like -NO I was told Nothing Dodge could do for me and to start saving. The next day, my girlfriend called the dealership to have them HONOR the AD that claimed Everyone Approved or $500. A Sales Rep tried to help and promised a higher up would get back to us. Then Monday, My girlfriend calls again and is transferred to a Voicemail and Never told Who's Voicemail and left message-No call back. Then on Tuesday, she called again and about 3-4 hours later Eric-the General Manager called and spoke to my Girlfriend and advised that Dodge had 2 Approvals for me and they would NOT honor the Ad-Now, I was NEVER presented with a Approval and the Sales Rep never came out with the "White Paper" and said here is the Approval-NEVER HAPPENED!! Eric tells my gf that the approval, the best one is over $ 13,000 down!! Point being that Approval was Never Presented to me and still hasn't been officially -I left that Saturday Evening from Dodge Jeep Ram being told that there was NOTHING that Dodge could do for me! Eric, the General Manager preceded to say that he has no Boss or Anyone Above him to Monitor him- He must Own the Dealership! Eric was very unprofessional, had a Attitude from the start with my Gf that Sorry Sucker that Dodge does Not have to present the Approval just have one on file. I call False Advertising! and Eric said he would "LOVE IT" if he was challenged because he has no Boss and no one to answer too!! What is $500 to a Huge Dealership? They were wrong, the Sales Rep Never Presented the Wonderful over $13,000 down Approval and I would have Never known I was even approved if my Girlfriend had not called back the dealership the next day.
