The entire process was incredibly easy. My Jeep died in my garage. I called Naples Jeep and they directed me to call road side assistance. After my Jeep was towed in I went in and was put My Jeep died in my garage. I called Naples Jeep and they directed me to call road side assistance. After my Jeep was towed in I went in and was put with service leader Laura Velasquez. She took great care of everything. I was given a loaner which was right in the same place and once my Jeep was checked and serviced I received a text and a video of the issue. Laura called me to tell me it was ready and asked if I wanted it washed. I have never received such great service from a dealership in my life. I will definitely be returning for all my service needs in the future. More
