Second time I have been here and once again I am blown away with the customer service! Mike Sullivan is the absolute BEST! We had so many issues arise with the extended warranty company (was thru a differ away with the customer service! Mike Sullivan is the absolute BEST! We had so many issues arise with the extended warranty company (was thru a different dealership) and Mike went as far as reading thru my original contract, highlighting the specific areas in my contract that proved my damage to be covered. He communicated with me every other day if not daily. His manager even stepped in at one point just to assist me while I was in a rush to get some documents and mike was attending to another customer. I can’t give these guys enough praise! I didn’t think my first visit could get any better but my second time around was even more impressive. Just incredibly patient and attentive. This will be my permanent service center!! More

I didn’t realize that this dealer has a policy to wait 20 days before paying it. In essence, they hope to sell the car in those 20 days using your credit. My problem with this scheme is that they don’t care that they dragged my loan past it’s payment due date prompting my creditor to advise me that my payment was now late. I left April several messages, but she failed to contact me directly. Instead, she had other people handle me, including the salesman who sold me the car.
