Salesman was good, finance guy was good and the car is great. My biggest and really only problem was the deceptive pricing practice they use. When I asked my sales guy he just said "well we have a disclaimer on the advertisement." I looked on the ad several times and couldn't find a disclaimer anywhere not to mention they should just give you the real price when they're advertising them. More

My car has been at the dealership for 4 business days for service for suspected TIPM issues, and NO ONE has contacted me, yet, about my car's issues! Such a lack of customer service. I have placed phone call service for suspected TIPM issues, and NO ONE has contacted me, yet, about my car's issues! Such a lack of customer service. I have placed phone calls, left messages, sent an email, but no calls or email returned. I have been given names for 3 different people involved with the service of my vehicle, but I have not been contacted by any of them. I needed to know by Saturday if my car would be returned, so if not, I could secure a way to work on Monday. No calls returned. I finally had someone take me to the dealership Sat. afternoon. I was told they were still trying to determine the issue with my car. Here it is Monday afternoon, and no one has called me about my car. I have never dealt with such a lack of communication or care about a customer. I will not deal again with Naples Chrysler Dodge after this experience, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. More
Please, I beg people Do Not Go To Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! Seriously, Please Don't Go There. We expressed interest in buying a car from Arley Ricardo. The next thing my husband and I knew papers Jeep Ram! Seriously, Please Don't Go There. We expressed interest in buying a car from Arley Ricardo. The next thing my husband and I knew papers were being shoved in front of us with way less for the Mercedes GLC 300, 2016 than we should have received for a trade in price. We were given a paper to sign and I asked if we could back out and the next thing we were sent to April Buckley and the next thing we found out was that we were forced to electronically sign one electronic contract after another. The next thing we found out was that we couldn't back out. We were made to write a check (cheque) on the spot and then come back on the following Monday with a certified check (cheque), We found out that night that the car was listed for about $6,500 less on-line with the same dealer. When we confronted April and Arley on Monday with the hard evidence we were told that Eric Schwendeman, the General Manager would rectify the matter. Eric Schwendeman had to be confronted by April Buckley, the Finance Manager, and shown that at a minimum we were overcharged by $2,400. When we showed papers showing that we overpaid, Eric Schwendeman, the General Manager, said "You signed a contract and that will hold up in a court of law". Eric Schwendeman went on to say: "You have Buyer's Remorse and I owe you nothing." Eric Schwendeman didn't even have faith or confidence in his product to say something such as I'm sure you'll be happy with the purchase or I'm sure you'll find that the car was worth it. When I told him that I wanted my trade in back and I wanted the certified check (cheque) back and that I wanted the trade in back he refused. This means that my trade in was worth a heck of a lot more than what I was paid for it as a trade in. Eric Schwendeman stormed out in a huff from April Buckley's office. We were shorted over $1,500 on the trade in and charged $6,500 more than the car was listed for on the dealer's website. We were just moved so quickly from expressing interest to signing contracts that we couldn't get out of when I specifically said that I would only speak with April Buckley if I had a way out of the contract. I haven't been given my original check (cheque) back and the dealer has my certified check (cheque). This is beyond appalling. I beg people not to make the same mistake that my husband and I did. I'm leaving a review because my experience started poorly but turned completely around. This dealer has better sales people than others, by that I mean those willing to work with you online over email, etc. but turned completely around. This dealer has better sales people than others, by that I mean those willing to work with you online over email, etc. so we're not sitting in a dealership for hours during a pandemic. Some don't even want to try...that's where it started poorly. But Colleen who works as a customer experience manager ensured the ball didn't drop by going beyond her 'day job' and wound up getting me to John Rivera, a very helpful sales person. The service business of this dealer has been improving since the change in ownership. It is now good. Physical space dedicated to the service advisors has been vastly improved. My most recent advisor, Joh since the change in ownership. It is now good. Physical space dedicated to the service advisors has been vastly improved.
