After making a reservation online I showed up for my appointment only to be told they were a day behind in servicing vehicles. I wasn’t happy but accepted the situation. Four days later I was still wait appointment only to be told they were a day behind in servicing vehicles. I wasn’t happy but accepted the situation. Four days later I was still waiting for an update on my vehicle. After multiple calls, voicemails and texts to my service representative without any being returned I decided to go to the dealership to pickup my vehicle. Upon arrival I confirmed my vehicle still had not been inspected so I asked for my keys so I could leave. Unfortunately they couldn’t find my keys but after 20 minutes of waiting I was told mechanics were looking at my vehicle. Not having time to wait any longer I asked for my keys and left without my vehicle being repaired. Other than the service representative, everyone I spoke with was very professional, polite and apologetic so maybe the issue was the service rep but all in all it was a very disappointing experience. The only good thing was the dealership picked up the cost of my rental vehicle. More
