Our sales person was great at all times, but when it came to the manager, he was Very arrogant, short tempered And always had to have the las word. Asked us to give him 10 more minutes and things are almost done. Next thing you know, we spent two more hours. I don’t understand what happened. They also told us the Naples Advantage Plan was included. We did not realize that we were being charged an additional $2500. Mistakenly we didn’t see it in the final contract since everything is digital. This should not be included in the package automatically. It should be the customer’s choice. More
