Brought my 2015 Ram 3500 in for recalls and to have the fluids checked and oil change. One recall was for the drag link, the tech stated on the phone he could not replace and had to weld it. Welds barely fluids checked and oil change. One recall was for the drag link, the tech stated on the phone he could not replace and had to weld it. Welds barely penetrated metal, and fresh oil all over the underside of my truck where it seems was spilt, front and rear differential plugs never removed to check fluid as requested. Gave them one more chance and they blew it again, dealer an hour away will continue working on my vehicles. After speaking to Ram Corporate, they mention if the nut was loose the drag link should have been replaced and they are now replacing it through other dealer. Corporate has stood up and been very helpful through this ordeal More
