I don’t appreciate the lack of attention or transparency following the purchase of my $40,000+ vehicle. It has been 1 month since I purchased the car and I have yet to receive my car’s registration or licen following the purchase of my $40,000+ vehicle. It has been 1 month since I purchased the car and I have yet to receive my car’s registration or license plate. I was contacted 2 weeks after buying the car, to ask again about my insurance information. Information that was provided the day of the purchase. Information necessary to register the vehicle with the state of FL. You’re asking me for that information 2 weeks after the purchase? That to me is a sign of being unorganized, careless, or clear incompetence. I have called the dealer multiple times. I have asked the salesperson to provide updates. When calling the dealer, I get passed around and left on hold until the call ultimately cuts out. I called again April 13 and spoke with a man who provided absolutely no valuable assistance, responded with an attitude, and made it sound like *I* am the one being unreasonable for wanting answers. This dealer and its employees clearly wash their hands of responsibility once a car leaves the lot. Having to make a payment on vehicle that isn’t even registered to my name is ridiculous. I took my car in with a physical problem that something was dragging on the ground. I came in without an appointment explaining what happened over the weekend and the women hearing my story said they woul was dragging on the ground. Shortly after I sat down I got a video of my car going on a lift to examine what was wrong. In less than a half hour I got a message to come to the desk. Laura surprised me saying the car was fixed and the charge was thirty something dollars including tax. The promptness of fixing my Chrysler and the surprisingly low repair bill were remarkable and so unlike some of the not so pleasant experiences I’ve had in my 50+ years driving my own car. I’ve told many of my friends here of my very positive experience. But best of all I had peace of mind that the repair and diagnostic review if my vehicle was thorough. I felt I had a safe vehicle to pick up my grandchildren the next morning two hours away before dawn and drive another two hours back home with them for a vacation week with grandma.Thanks Laura! More

Sales agent was very pleasant and responsive. I appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness as well. My challenges were with the finance team member. Documents were had incorrect information which resulted in the need to complete some of them twice.. To date, I have yet to receive follow-up related to my purchase. No copy of the signed finance paperwork or warranty. Additionally, I was to be reimbursed for the overnight cost of sending the paperwork back to the dealership. As an out state buyer, communication is imperative. I am extremely disappointed and thus would not recommend this dealership to someone in my like situation. So sorry this is the case considering the exceptional service I received from the sales agent. More
