Recently I stopped at Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to look at a used Jeep. I was approached by a salesman named Patrick, he was great to work with and not pushy at all. I took it for a test drive, then w look at a used Jeep. I was approached by a salesman named Patrick, he was great to work with and not pushy at all. I took it for a test drive, then we started to talk numbers. I’d asked for a specific amount for my trade in and Patrick said he would get it checked out and do his best to get me what I wanted. The Jeep was listed online at 15,600 and Patrick showed me some figures making the total 22k. Over my budge so I told Patrick I had to go. Patrick went to his Gm and came back with a second price of 18k. I declined again reminded Patrick I am on a tight budget, once again Patrick heads back to his Gm this time they both returned and Patrick introduced me to Ryan the gm. Ryan asked what he could do to get me in this car. I said “my budget is 16,500, if you can give me that price out the door all fees included, I will buy it today.” Ryan said let me see, then returns shortly with a price of 16,999. I told Ryan that is still too much. Ryan then slashed the price and put 16,500 to which I said “ok I can do that.” Ryan shook my hand and we had struck a deal. I got home and really looked at the paper work which was on a thumb drive and noticed the total price of the vehicle ended up 20k. I was upset, he had agreed on 16,500 out the door. Next day after work I stopped by to ask what happened with the price. I spoke with Ryan and he could not give me an answer, only to say he gave me such a good deal that he was making no commission. I asked him if there is anything that he could do to right the situation and he replied “I can give a gas card.” After driving the car for a week, I went to clean the windshield and not much sprayed out, then a notification on the dash pops up stating wiper fluid low. The dealership claimed all fluids were checked. I checked the power steering fluid and it was well below the “low” line as well as the engine coolant. The Carfax also stated an oil change was done but when I looked on the dash it stated oil life 70%. All things to take note of before I drove off the lot, unfortunately I trusted the information that was provided to me and neglected to check myself. I will not return and won’t recommend this dealership, this business lacks integrity. More
