The service department is always awful, with Laura being the only associate that seems to care or put in any effort. I brought my truck in for an oil change and was told the cost was covered by the package the only associate that seems to care or put in any effort. I brought my truck in for an oil change and was told the cost was covered by the package I had from purchasing the vehicle. When I picked my truck up I was told I only received a discount and was stuck with a $180 bill. More
